Description

Traditional Sri Lankan side-dish, best served cold.

Ingredients

2 c
Desiccated Coconut (Soaked in 3/4 cup of Hot Water)
2  
onions
1 T
maldive fish (optional)
1 1⁄2 t
Salt
4 T
chilli powder (or roughly ground red chilli powder)
1 1⁄2 T
lime juice
1 T
Sugar

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender (except the coconut)
  2. Grind until it well then add the ground ingredients in to the coconut and mix well
  3. Add salt & lime to taste and serve
